These sessions will enable you to hear directly from SDBE staff who are looking forward to sharing our long-term vision with you.

The conversations will take place in in small groups offering school leaders opportunity to engage and dialogue together in our vision and explore what this means to you. It is important that you are part of our conversation and we look forward to you input.

The changing landscape of education that is impacting all schools and trusts will also impact the Diocesan Board of Education. The SDBE remains committed to excellence in all our church schools, through the spiritual development of school leadership and governance and the fulfilment of a vision grounded in a Christian narrative that enables all church schools and their communities to flourish. The sharing of our long-term strategy will explain and identify how this will look for MATS, schools, governance and communities; detailing the opportunities ahead as we continue to walk together - the next five years and beyond.
