Each of the two sessions will focus on core areas for development of teaching and learning in RE this year, for example: RE assessment and embedding Understanding Christianity, alongside updates from the national picture e.g. the impact on RE of the new SIAMS framework.
It is intended that all schools attending will have an understanding of current best practice in RE and a set of skills/tools to deliver creative and innovative RE, which is developed and built on at each network session.
