Preparing for the new SIAMS framework, using it as a spring board for creative and innovative development of your church school/academy

This training is bring delivered across 1.5 days on 11th May 18 (0900-1530hrs), and on the afternoon of 11th June 18 (1330-1630hrs).

• Develop knowledge and understanding of what the new framework will look like in practice in your school/academy
• Explore case studies of great practice from other schools and hear from the school leaders who developed them
• Gather a repertoire of practical self evaluation activities
• Making self evaluation judgements about your school
• Develop a shared understanding of the Vision of the Education Department of the Church of England (which has key connections into the SIAMS framework)

The intended outcome is to enable school leaders to engage with confidence and understanding with the new SIAMS framework, using its transformative power in the development of the effectiveness and deeply Christian nature of Church of England schools
