Introduction to Pilates
January is a good time to think about health and wellbeing for the year ahead. Pilates is a gentle and beneficial form of exercise which, once learned, can be practised at home or on the go. It works by strengthening core muscles and improving posture and can reduce common back and neck pain, stiffness and fatigue. Excellent for those who spend long hours sitting at a desk or in a car, or just want increased freedom of movement and to feel more relaxed.
Theresa is a friendly and experienced teacher who works with people of all abilities. No previous knowledge or special sporty gear required – just come along and join in. For those interested, Theresa can also provide you with information about regular Pilates classes in your area.
