Growing Younger as a church

Involve and retain teenagers and young adults in the life of the church

Involve and retain teenagers and young adults in the life of the church
An exploration of the` Growing Young` research, and findings of the Fuller Institute and the Church of Englands `Rooted in Church` report.

Based on groundbreaking research with over 250 congregations, `Growing Young` provides a strategy any church can use to involve and retain teenagers and young adults. It profiles innovative churches that are engaging 15-29 year olds, and as a result are growing spiritually, emotionally, missionally, and numerically. Packed with both research and practical ideas, `Growing Young` shows pastors and ministry leaders how to position their churches to engage younger generations in a way that breathes vitality, life, and energy into the whole church.

The intended outcome is that attendees will have a good understanding of the findings of the research and will have begun to think about how they can apply the principals in their own local settings.

Whilst refreshments will be provided, please bring a packed lunch with you for the lunchtime break.
