Fit for Purpose

New Year is a time for good resolutions but how easy will they be to keep? The secret is to keep it realistic and achievable. Just 15 minutes of simple stretching exercises first thing in the morning or as a de-stresser during the day can make all the difference to physical fitness and a sense of wellbeing.

In this user friendly exercise class Theresa will teach four easy to remember short routines that can be combined into longer sequences keeping the major muscle groups toned and supple. All ability levels can benefit, normal range of movement is all that’s needed and the exercises can be tailored to individuals’ requirements.

Please bring with you an exercise mat or towel to lie on and a notebook and pen to jot down any instructions or if preferred a mobile phone to photograph the moves. A simple and healthy lunch will be provided after the session.

Theresa is an experienced Stott Pilates teacher and fitness instructor. Some of us will remember her from last year’s Clergy Conference.
