Capital Funding for Managing/Maintaining VA School Buildings

Purpose:
To increase knowledge of issues relating to the management of school buildings and the process of bidding for the funds required to do this

Course Content:
• Looking after your school buildings
• Being better informed about school building issues
• Working with diocesan schools surveyors/architects
• Managing building projects at your school
• How capital funding works - accessing funding sources: DFC, SCA/LCVAP, Basic Needs, Section 106 monies, plus bidding for these funds
• Networking with other schools and sharing experiences

The day will start with morning coffee and registration available from 0900am. There will be a light lunch served to all delegates after the training ends at 1300hrs.
