Body and Soul
Food should not only do us good it should also help us feel good. This day focuses on healthy recipes that are delicious to eat and nourish both body and soul. The picture opposite is from a previous Wellbeing day: ‘Home Cooking in the Spirit of Remembrance’ – you can see what fun we had. The Anzac biscuits and the Potato Peel Pie were particular favourites – recipes available!
