Bible Break 1: Creation, Christian Faith and a Precious World
This course will explore biblical creation texts and their relevance to contemporary environmental issues, and consider practical implications for living sustainably in a fragile yet precious world.
Hilary is passionate about how Christian faith can motivate us to care for God’s world. She is a senior researcher at The Faraday Institute for Science and Religion, with a focus on Old Testament creation texts.
The course begins with lunch 1 pm on Monday and ends with lunch 1 pm on Thursday. The cost of lunches and suppers is covered but if you also wish to be residential please book and pay for bed and breakfast separately through Sarum College. Ask for Educational rates.
