Bespoke CPD - Leader for Church School Flourishing

This is a pilot programme of training across 8 ½ day sessions.

Four sessions will focus on developing the knowledge and skills required to lead Christian Character. 3 sessions will focus on the wider role of the Leader for Church School Flourishing with 1 self-study session devoted to further knowledge through recommended reading.

Module 1 - Virtual Briefing

Module 2 - Christian Character
Tuesday, 15 March 22 - 13.30 - 16.30 - Diocesan Education Centre, The Avenue, Wilton

Module 3 - Shadow visit at a school.
Wednesday, 16 March 22 - Location and Times to be confirmed

Module 4 - Bringing Together Christian Character and Leader for Church School Flourishing
Friday, 1 April 22 - 9:00 -12:00 - Diocesan Education Centre, The Avenue, Wilton

Module 5 - Self led school visit
From Monday, 4 April - Location and Times to be confirmed

Module 6 – Extending the knowledge
Tuesday, 26 April 22 - 13.30-16.30 - virtual via Zoom

Module 7 - Evaluation and planning
Tuesday, 10 May 22 - 13:00 - 16:00

Module 8 - Reading Self Study
From Tuesday, 1 March to be completed by 10 May 2022

Please Note:
You will need to commit to attending all 7 sessions and complete module 8.

You cannot join this course part way through as this has been designed as a complete training session.

These sessions are part of a pilot and only invited participants from selected Trusts will be able to attend. If you have not received an invitation to take part in this training, your booking will be rejected.
