Bespoke CPD Course: Champion of Church School Recruitment - 27/06/22 - 01/11/22

The programme will provide a sustainable and rigorous heart to the partnership between school trust and SDBE.

The programme continues with this suite of 6 modules, developing the second strategic role, the Trust leader/s working with responsibility for the Church School Recruitment.

This training blends together online conversation, in person workshops and live shadowing of the recruitment processes.

It consists of six ‘ class based ’ half-day modules:

• Module 1: A virtual briefing

• Module 5: Developing Staff
Thursday 13/10/2022 09:30 - 12:30 – The Diocesan Education Centre

• Module 6: Succession planning through a distinctively Christian vision and time to reflect, review and action plan next steps.
